Combining sound healing and hypnosis techinques, I will design a custom audio track for you to embed positive beliefs, relieve anxieties or call in manifestations at a level deeper than the conscious mind.

After studying with the Institute of Applied Psychology I’ve used hypnosis techniques in so many ways to help improve my life. From relieving anxiety and resetting the nervous system to using it to call in manifestations and improving my confidence, it has been a tool that I revisit often.

For other clients I’ve used it for many things including; helping to improve stage confidence, quit vaping and soothe anxious thoughts.

Combining it with sound healing techniques is super powerful, because we use the sound as a way to get the mind/body into a deeply relaxed trance state, which allows us to then provide positive suggestions that we have less resistance to accepting.
