I’ve been there too..

Three years ago, I was at a point in my life where my body was in a constant state of panic, every time I would try and fall asleep my body would jolt me awake aggressively. I went to many different doctors to try and get to the bottom of what was happening, but no one could seem to work out what was going on. All my tests were coming back saying I was fine, but I knew something was wrong.

A holistic practitioner eventually ended up tested my cortisol levels and we found that they were severely elevated. Finally, some sort of answer as to what was happening. But when I asked her what we could do to reduce them, she told me that I just needed to reduce my stress levels….. Um, ok, but what does that look like?

And so, what followed was a very long journey to figure out what would actually help to feel safe and calm in my body. I started with a 10-day silent meditation retreat and it felt like I could relax for the first time in years. I could finally fall asleep without my body jolting me awake, and I slept for 12 hours at a time during this retreat.

When I got out of the retreat with a renewed sense of calm, I attempted to make it last for as long as possible. But gradually that jumpy, anxious feeling came back and so I knew I would need to maintain the practices I learnt in order to live the kind of life I wanted to live inside this body.

This meditation course was the catalyst of the start of my journey to finding tools to be able to move my body into a state of ease. I’ve tried all kinds of things from breath work, plant medicine, supplements, meditations, kinesiology and finally working with sound and vibration.

I developed this online container because I’ve been where you might be today, and I know what it feels like to know that something isn’t feeling right within yourself and you don’t know where to start to fix it.

I want to be able to give you some tools to help you move into a blissful state of calm, peace and relaxation, so you can feel like the best version of yourself. The version of you that makes decisions from a centred, rejuvenated state. The version of you that has the tools you need to be able to regulate yourself whenever you feel out of balance.

  • Weekly Online Zoom Calls

    Once per week on a Tuesday evening at 7:15pm, we’ll meet as an online group to check in. Feel comfort in knowing you’re not alone, as you develop connections and relationships with others going through a similar journey. Calls will be recorded in case you’re unable to make it live.

  • Nervous system reset tools

    Each week during our online call we’ll be presenting you with tools and resources you can use to help support your nervous system. Along the way we’ll bring in experts to chat to you about particular topics - think breathwork, meditation, humming and toning, supplements. All the things that will help support you.

  • Weekly Sound Journeys

    Each week we will finish our online group call with a 50-minute sound journey where you’ll be bathed in beautiful sounds from a range of instruments - tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, monolina, chimes and more. The ultimate tool in rejuvenating your nervous system.
